Acceptance of the privacy policy.

If you do not accept this privacy policy, you should not use the Store.

The role and purpose of the privacy policy.

The privacy policy is used by the Store's Customers to obtain information about the factual and legal aspects of the processing and securing of personal data as part of the use of the Store.

Administrator of personal data.

Processing of personal data:

Customers of the store provide the following personal data by completing the registration form:

first name(s) and surname (also two-part surname),

address for service,

e-mail address,

telephone number

tax identification number (NIP).

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the Customer's refusal to provide personal data necessary to use the Store prevents the Customer from registering and making purchases in the Store.

By providing personal data, the Customer agrees to their processing in the registration form in order to make purchases in the Store and fulfill the Store's obligations related to the purchases made, as well as promotional campaigns of the Store (in particular to provide the newsletter service).

The recipients of the Customer's personal data will be couriers (courier companies) or entrepreneurs providing postal services, delivering products purchased in the Store to the Customer and entities making payments as part of the electronic online payment system or credit card payments.

The customer has the right to access their personal data and the possibility of correcting them. This possibility is implemented by logging in to the individual Customer account on the Store's website and selecting the My personal information, My addresses field.

Cookies.

The store's website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files sent to a computer or other device with which the Customer uses the Store (smartphone, tablet) and saved in the memory of this device.

Cookies are used by the Administrator in particular for the following purposes:

identify Customers who are logged in to the Store and show that they are currently logged in,

remembering the data contained in the registration forms and order forms,

remembering products selected in the Store and placed in the so-called baskets,

remembering the data used to log in the Customer to an individual account,

keeping anonymous statistics of the frequency and manner of using the Store.

Currently, most of the available web browsers automatically – by default accept the indicated saving of Cookies. As part of the web browser used by the Customer, it is possible to partially limit or disable the possibility of saving Cookies, but this may make it difficult or impossible for the Customer to use the Store.

Final Provisions.

The Store may contain fields that transfer the Customer to other websites. The Administrator recommends that after switching to other websites, Customers should familiarize themselves with the privacy policy applied by the administrators of these websites.

The Administrator applies technical measures to ensure the security of processing customers' personal data and ensure the protection of this data against access by unauthorized persons.

Access to the individual customer account is possible only after providing the correct login and password.
